- Learning and development is my passion. I believe that life has given every person in this world two tools to shape the world around them. The ‘power to do’ and the ‘choice to make’. When we use these to facilitate, to build and to contribute, we use the ‘power of choice’ to make positive change.
- My work as a clinician and research administrator has given me a close view of the trials and tribulations of professionals in this field.
- I wish to use this unique perspective to improve quality standards in research and healthcare. By initiating the CTQUEST ecosystems I wish to help support a skilled workforce and to enrich the healthcare experience for all, even to the last patient standing in the queue.
- I feel the opportunities presented to me by life place a social responsibility on me to contribute to society in a way that the underserved become self-sufficient.
- At a personal level I love writing. Art and painting are not only an outlet for daily struggles but also give me the satisfaction of creating something new. Be it a canvass or my child’s school project.
- The fresh air and green environs entice me now and then. They prod me to engage in my favourite physical fun past time… trekking, because in life's journey as on the mountain trails- “There is always something more to learn.”- Master Oogway

- Patient care has been the driving force in my career. The long hours of toil in intensive care units have given me an opportunity to see both life and death at close quarters.
- My medical work has helped me evolve as a professional. I wish to use this platform to spread the benefits of what I have learned to further healthcare.
- By engaging in CTQUEST healthcare ecosystems I wish to help evolve the skills for future health professionals. I aim to help drive CTQUEST towards being the catalyst for improving medical access to the people.
- I am passionate about music and dance. The swirls and twirls relax me. The steps and moves energize me. They take me into a world of my own.. Where everything is melodious, life is fun and rhythm rules!

- People, research, and finding solutions are the things that have driven me in my career from a pharma post-graduate to being a business consultant.
- My work for more than a decade in operations has given me deep insights of the research world. Whether it is the challenge of patient recruitment or managing research teams spread over a wide geographical area. In our journey with CTQuest I wish to reach out and enable a research environment in India. I wish to build a network of professionals and organizations to facilitate development of healthcare solutions that are affordable and within reach of the general public.
- I am passionate about promoting ethical practices in research and business. I love meeting people with different expertise. I strongly believe that business is all about connecting people. My life mantra is that we should support and help the people around us in whatever capacities we can. In long run I wish to associate with NGO’s who are working at the ground level for problems like sickle cell anaemic, thalassemia and eye diseases.
